SI Pool is a locally-controlled pool automation unit with pump-current sensing, scheduling, dry-run protection and a self-hosted web app — plus automatic Home Assistant discovery. One IP65 unit. Properly installed. Reliably deployed.
What SI Pool does
On-board current transformer watches the pump draw continuously. If it falls below threshold for the configured grace period, SI Pool trips the circuit before the seal burns. That one catch can save the cost of a replacement pump.
Set a target temperature and walk away. SI Pool brings the heat pump on and off to hold it — with hysteresis to prevent short-cycling, and a pump-running interlock to keep things safe.
A clogged filter pulls less wattage. Set your clean and dirty thresholds in the UI and SI Pool alerts you when it's time to backwash — long before the water starts looking sad.
Two configurable daily run-windows handle filtration on autopilot. Run-now and off overrides are one tap away whenever you want them.
The control panel runs on the device itself at http://si-pool.local — no app store, no cloud account required for local control. Always accessible on your home network.
The same dashboard, reachable from anywhere via a managed encrypted tunnel. No port-forwarding. No fuss. First 12 months on us.
Auto MQTT discovery — every entity appears in HA the moment a broker is configured. Pool temperature, pump status, filter health — all as native HA entities. No YAML to write.
Wall-mounted in your plant room. 220 V supply. The IP65-rated enclosure is installer-friendly with enough internal clearance for clean cable management.
SI Pool replaces the old timer-and-floats world with a calibrated controller, an on-board energy meter and a dry-run protection circuit — giving installers a single SKU that solves filtration scheduling, pump protection, filter health, heater control and remote visibility in one package.
